Old Fern Farm is a farm on the North Side, operated and owned by Old Man Vern. The farm is one of the largest and most profitable on the North Side, growing all sorts of produce such as cabbage, carrots, peas, lettuce, spinach, potatoes, apples, nectarines, and turnips. Since they grow so much, they turn a large profit for each harvest.
