Dusttop
Dusttop is the most populated town in the South Side, being the third largest town in all of Sand Ocean. The main attraction of the town is its saloon, the Star Shot Saloon. People come to the town to visit the saloon for a particular saloon girl that can and will capture the eyes of many men. While the saloon attracts a lot of people, the town itself seems to be quite a quiet town, besides the occasional visit from outlaws to rob the bank or other people of their money.
The town has had a terrible history with outlaws considering the personal grudges between the sheriff and outlaws have with one another. With that being said, the lawmen and sheriffs work diligently to keep outlaws in jail or out of town, but their efforts are more often than not proven futile. The townspeople have gotten used to outlaws, and have grown used to the frequent attacks on the town and its bank.
Despite being a common target, people still come and go from Dusttop as they please, usually getting there by horse or by rail. Since Dusttop has access to the railway of Sand Ocean - having a passenger station and a cargo loading station on the eastern side of town - it allows the town to thrive, and to import and export goods at an efficient rate.
