Chutah is hands down one of the most irritating characters - or so that's what the company at the Star Shot Saloon thinks. He's the kind of guy to do something horrendously bad and say "it was only a prank!" to avoid getting in trouble, but then get in trouble anyway. He will poke fun at anyone for his own amusement and no one else's, which nearly always gets him elbowed in the side by his superior, Jawjiro. No one seems to like him, but apparently, his jokes aren't bad enough to land him unemployed. Frankly, that choice should've been made years ago.
Needless to say, he's a guy who thinks he's funny but isn't really funny. Surely you know someone like that, right?
Appearance
Chutah has super short black hair with sideburns and round black eyes. He has noticeably large eyebrows, as well as a round nose and considerably large lips. He wears a dark red vest and pants, paired with a white collared shirt and a dark red ribbon tie. He also wears dark gray shoes, and a white band tied around his head.
