Starly is Starfy's younger sister - younger, but not by much. She's incredibly spunky, and more responsible in completing her work around the house than Starfy. People think she's considerably rugged for a girl, but they don't seem to mind it. That is, until she decides to cause trouble. Or make fun of people. Or both. Usually both.
Appearance
Starly has shoulder-length blond hair and vibrant, round blue eyes. She wears a brown hat with a thin pink ribbon tied to it, as well as a white button down and collared shirt with a dark red vest, decorated with tiny star lapel pins on each side. She also has gray pants and brown boots.
