Nezzie is a mother of three children - her triplets - that lives in Resshi Lake. Like everyone else, she fears of what Resshi Lake as a town has become, considering it has been hit by outlaws so many times. But with her money short, she has nowhere to go, and has no choice but to look after her children and take the best care of them that she can.

Nezzie has short red hair and presumably black eyes. She wears a gray dress with a lacy apron and gray shoes. She also wears a green pearly necklace and round glasses.
