Jiiyan is Ogura's stately butler. While Ogura is out on jobs for Evil - or out, anywhere, really - Jiiyan stays at the Anguilla Mansion to make sure that everything stays in order for when his master arrives home. When Ogura is home, Jiiyan waits on him and keeps him company when he can. He also operates the in-home bar, making sure that Ogura doesn't go over his limit and have him avoid getting drunk. However, since Jiiyan is so insistent on this rule, Ogura usually avoids it by going into town instead.
Considering how unapologetically often his master gets into fits of rage or drunkenness, it's surprising that Jiiyan can stay so calm and collective during these times. It's one's guess that, since Jiiyan has no where else to truly go, he's forced to put up with Ogura's fickleness whenever he is home. When he's not home, Jiiyan savors the time he has to himself.

Jiiyan has white hair with male-pattern baldness, bushy eyebrows, and a long moustache with a goatee. He wears a brown suit with a red bowtie and black shoes.
