Ogura

Ogura is a stupidly infamous outlaw around the parts of South Side, as well as deputy sheriff of Old Town, and an inferior to Evil. He is what many would consider "comic relief"; he's so idiotic, one can't help but ask, "how is he still alive?". Nonetheless, it's said the reason he's still alive is because of Muga being there to break him out of jail, and ungodly amounts of luck. Since he has a cycle of getting in and out of jail - but never staying in jail for long - Peterson absolutely despises him.

He serves Evil alongside Muga, and while he has been successful in robbing banks before the events of The Star of Sand Ocean, he begins to fall off with the introduction of Starfy throwing a wrench in his plans, even if it's not evident in the beginning. His numerous failures put Evil in an angry place, and while Ogura has always feared Evil, it just makes him fear him more.

Appearance

Ogura has pink-magenta hair and black eyes. He wears a long stone-blue coat with a black vest over a white undershirt, decorated with beaded drawstrings. He wears gray pants with black boots, along with a brown belt. He also wears a brown hat with a stone-blue band tied around his head.

He dual-wields Colt action army revolvers on both of his hips. He is the only character in Sand Ocean to dual-wield, let alone have two guns prepped for combat simultaneously.
