Hoe

Hoe is a self-proclaimed "adventurer" that spends none of his time all in one place. He's constantly traveling and exploring with his accomplice, Yoe. He has fun wandering the lands of Sand Ocean and the Belt Mountains, but no one really knows what he does during those times.

Hoe is quite cunning and sly, and almost always trying to keep Yoe in check to make sure she doesn't pull anything stupid while on their excursions. They butt heads often, but they know they need each other.

Appearance

Hoe has black hair and black eyes, his right eye covered by an eyepatch. He wears a long dark brown coat with a white ruffled collar and dark gray pants.
