Pedro

Pedro is Moe’s eldest younger brother. While he’s more on the mischievous side compared to his other siblings, he's next in line when it comes to who watches over the two even younger siblings when Moe is away, for any reason.

Pedro is Moe's closest sibling, as they commonly do fun activities together in their free time. He also is the one to help out Moe when he needs anything from him.

Appearance

Pedro has semi-curly black hair and black eyes. He wears a plain green collared shirt with a black neckerchief. He also has brown pants, held up by a black belt with a silver buckle, and gray shoes.

In The Star of Sand Ocean

Pedro is quite a minor character when it comes to the story. He makes his appearance when, as Rosalinda and Eduardo are distracting Torito and Starfy, he tries to steal food from Dornito Ranch. However, he's caught, which causes him to tell them what's happening and why. After Moe is rescued, he goes with him to Dusttop to their new home.

Once in Dusttop, he helps Moe confront Martin in jail about what crimes he's committed and learns what horrors Moe has gone through. Pedro also finds out that Moe wants to save money to buy a horse, and so he picks up an odd job to make money for his sake.
