K. H. Sonchou is the reluctant mayor and sheriff of Resshi Lake. He's a very cheery guy for someone whose town is falling apart day by day. The people do not like him, but for some reason, they haven't made the choice to run him out of town for fear of total outlaw takeover. While it hasn't gotten that bad, everyone knows that Sonchou would let it get that bad.
As said before, he's a very happy guy, and what some would even call "horrendously oblivious". In The Star of Sand Ocean, he tries to sell the deed of his personal vacation cottage property somewhere in the Belt Mountains in order to fund bounties for Ogura and Muga. However, the amount he's asking for is so absurd, simply no one is buying it.
Appearance
Sonchou has no hair and black eyes. He wears a pink suit with a purple bowtie and a matching top hat. He also has a belt and brown shoes.
