Pen Baa is an old lady that runs a knittery shop. She relies a lot on Shiro to supply her with the material to keep making products, such as hats, sweaters, and other things. She has a good relationship with him, and some would say that she treats him like a grandson.
Pen Baa is a very well reserved old woman, and while she believes she should stop knitting at some point, she doesn't want to since knitting is such a large part of her life. She runs the knittery shop out of the love of her heart, rather than to make a living.

Pen Baa has grayish-white short hair and round glasses. She wears a loose blue dress and light blue shoes.
She is almost always seen with her knitting needles in her small hands.
